There is no registration fee for the ICA-AP Cooperative Research Conference 2025. A separate registration link will be shared with the authors of selected papers through the official conference email ID 19icaapresearch@sanasainternational.lk.
Participants are kindly requested to complete their registration by 23rd September 2025 using the link provided in the official communication.
Obtaining a visa for Sri Lanka is generally straightforward for most countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Many nationalities are eligible for visa-free entry and only require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to arrival. Delegates should verify current requirements with the Sri Lankan Embassy/Consulate in their country and apply well in advance. All participants attending the ICA-AP Cooperative Research Conference 2025 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, are kindly requested to make their own arrangements for airport transfers upon arrival and departure.
Participants are also requested to arrange their own accommodation and local transportation between their hotels and the conference venue.
Participants are kindly requested to arrange appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the ICA-AP Cooperative Research Conference 2025 and related events. They are also advised to bring their personal medical supplies as required.
